The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current regulations in the Republic of Paraguay, and in particular with:

The legal basis for the processing is the candidate's consent.

The data will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) years, after which it will be deleted, unless the data subject requests its deletion earlier.

Automated decisions are not made on the applications.

Clients' personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the professional, contractual, and administrative relationship, as well as for compliance with legal and tax obligations.

The legal basis for the processing is the execution of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill these purposes and the applicable legal terms.

In the event that there are video surveillance systems in 5 Flags Capital E.A.S. facilities, the images will be processed for the purpose of ensuring the security of people and property.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Images will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days, unless they must be kept to address legal requirements.

Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, update, or deletion of their personal data at any time by sending a written request to:
